GLASSBORO, N.J. – A Prof goal during the final moments sank the William Paterson field hockey team (7-9, 2-3 NJAC) at Rowan (11-5, 2-3 NJAC), 2-1, Oct. 22.

Shannon Super (Oaklyn, N.J./Collingswood) hit a long drive from the top of the circle that senior midfielder
Meghin Stanton (Chesterfield, N.J./Northern Burlington Regional) tipped high over the goalie for a penalty-corner goal in the seventh minute.
Sophomore midfielder Rachel Galante received a ball from the corner, dribbled in and shot from 10 yards out to tie the score at the 26:49 mark.
Rowan freshman forward Bridget Boyle scored the game winner with 3:42 remaining, connecting from 12 yards out on the left side of the cage.

Mallory Rickerhauser (Lumberton, N.J./Rancocas Valley Regional) collected nine saves for the Pioneers, and junior Carly DeMarco made one stop for the Profs.
The Pioneers will host Drew Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7:00 p.m.
