PITMAN, N.J. – William Paterson junior Brittany LaBruna (Bloomingdale, N.J./Continental Academy) was selected as the Sept. 15 New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tennis Player of the Week.
 
LaBruna and freshman Gerianna Dauber (Weehawken, N.J./Northville) combined for an 8-1 first-doubles victory against Stockton sophomore Summer Conover and senior Gianna Letinski Sept. 12.
 
She also registered a 6-0, 6-0 victory at first singles against Conover, marking two singles victories to open the season without dropping a single game.
 
William Paterson (1-2, 1-1 NJAC) will visit The College of New Jersey Saturday, Sept. 19, at 1:00 p.m.
