EWING, N.J. – Fourth-seeded William Paterson (10-8) fell at top-seeded and second-ranked The College of New Jersey (17-1), 3-0, in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Field Hockey Tournament semifinals Nov. 4.
Senior forward Alicia Wagner tipped in a Danielle Andreula pass 7:40 into the contest to give the Lions a 1-0 edge, and freshman forward Taylor Barrett knocked in a pass from senior midfielder Mikayla Cimilluca in the 22nd minute for a 2-0 score.
Junior back Lexi Smith drilled a penalty corner shot from the top of the arc at the 48:17 mark, using as an assist from Barrett for the night's final tally.

Meg Davies (Havertown, Pa./Haverford) had 14 saves for the Pioneers, and junior Kelly Schlupp posted two stops for TCNJ.
