Video Highlights WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson men's soccer team (4-7-2, 1-4-1 NJAC) dropped a 3-1 decision to visiting Rowan (11-4, 3-3 NJAC) Oct. 17.
Sophomore Jake Conners handed the Prof a 1-0 edge in the 23rd minute, receiving a pass from sophomore forward Travis Ward and finishing past a defender in the middle of the goal.
Freshman back Kevin Primich got on the end of an Enzo Scala corner kick for a 2-0 Rowan lead at the 43:49 mark.

Scherdlens Jean Pierre (Irvington, N.J./Irvington) pulled the Pioneers to within one when he converted a penalty kick in the 67th minute.
With WP pressing for the equalizer, the Profs were able to come up with an insurance goal at the 88:10 mark as Ward finished into the lower-left corner of the frame.

Nico Martirano (Madison, N.J./Madison) made five saves for the Pioneers, and freshman Kyle Dennis collected five stops for Rowan.
