THROGGS NECK, N.Y. – The 200 free relay team of senior Troy Buglio (Toms River, N.J./Toms River East), junior Bobby Boyton (Sewell, N.J./Clearview Regional), and sophomores Zachary Krakauskas (Egg Harbor City, N.J /Absegami) and Nicolai Robinson (Matawan, N.J./Old Bridge) posted a winning time of 1:31.90 in the final event of the night to capture a 126-116 victory for the William Paterson men's swimming & diving team (3-0) at Maritime (1-1), Oct. 30.

Junior Evan Marine (Forked River, N.J./Lacey Twp.) was a double winner for the Pioneers, touching first in the 200 IM (2:09.35) and winning the 100 back in 57.90, defeating his opponent by .09 seconds. Freshman Nick Cowie (Newton, N.J./Newton) recorded a winning time of 56.45 in the 100 fly.

Although Maritime won more races than WP, the Pioneers relied on their depth and ability to take second and third place in events to help earn the victory.
