BRONX, N.Y. – Junior outside hitter Amanda Morales (Lyndhurst, N.J./Lyndhurst) led the defensive effort with 16 digs as William Paterson improved to 5-0 with a 3-0 volleyball sweep at Lehman (0-3) Sept. 6.

The Pioneers earned a 25-11, 25-15, 25-21 victory against the Lightning.  Morales had four service aces, junior middle hitter Erika Masso (Jersey City, N.J./Dickinson) posted nine kills, and senior setter Liz Dykhouse (Wanaque, N.J./Lakeland Regional) contributed 11 assists, seven digs and six aces.  Senior libero Alyssa Koukos (Midland Park, N.J./Midland Park) collected 11 digs, while sophomore outside hitter Taylor Woegens (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) put down seven kills.

Jo-Marie Aquino led Lehman with eight kills and 11 digs, while Imani Dubois had 15 assists.

William Paterson will host a tri-match Saturday, Sept. 8, taking on Mount Saint Vincent at 12:00 p.m. and Cedar Crest at 4:00 p.m.
