Volleyball Suffers 3-0 Loss at Montclair State

Dykhouse Leads Pioneers with 18 Assists, 13 Digs

Senior Liz Dykhouse led WP with 18 assists and 13 digs at Montclair State.

MONTCLAIR, N.J. – William Paterson (11-6, 1-4 NJAC) suffered a 15-25, 22-25, 17-25 volleyball loss at Montclair State (18-6, 2-3 NJAC) Oct. 4.

Senior setter Liz Dykhouse (Wanaque, N.J./Lakeland Regional) paced the Pioneers with 18 assists and 13 digs. Sophomore outside hitter Taylor Woegens (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) had 12 kills and nine digs, and sophomore libero Katelyn Malloy (Leonia, N.J./Leonia) posted 12 digs.

Dana Mcnish led the Red Hawks with 10 kills, Angela Campo compiled 38 assists and Kaitlyn Irwin had 16 digs.

William Paterson will host U.S. Merchant Marine and York (N.Y.) for a tri-match Saturday, Oct. 6, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
