Volleyball Ends Season with 3-1 Loss

Pioneers Suffer Defeat at Ramapo

Sophomore Taylor Woegens had 18 kills and 12 digs at Ramapo.

MAHWAH, N.J. – Sophomore middle hitter Taylor Woegens (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) had 18 kills and 12 digs, and senior setter Liz Dykhouse (Wanaque, N.J./Lakeland Regional) collected 34 assists and 15 digs, but William Paterson (14-11, 1-7 NJAC) finished its volleyball season with a 3-1 loss (17-25, 22-25, 25-21, 13-25) at Ramapo (13-13, 3-5 NJAC) Oct. 26.

Junior outside hitter Amanda Morales (Lyndhurst, N.J./Lyndhurst) had 19 digs, classmate Erika Masso (Jersey City, N.J./Dickinson) contributed 10 kills, and sophomore libero Katelyn Malloy (Leonia, N.J./Leonia) collected 16 digs.  Senior libero Alyssa Koukos (Midland Park, N.J./Midland Park) posted 15 digs for the Pioneers.

Sara Pendleton and Cathryn Smart each finished with 14 kills for the Roadrunners.  Kaitlin MacIver dished out 37 assists, and Brittney Jemas had 14 digs.
