NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The William Paterson volleyball team (14-8) fell at Mount Saint Mary (17-8) in three sets Oct. 16, 13-25, 18-25, 18-25.

Senior setter Liz Dykhouse (Wanaque, N.J./Lakeland Regional) led the Pioneers with 14 assists, adding seven digs, while sophomore libero Katelyn Malloy (Leonia, N.J./Leonia) tallied 14 digs.  Senior libero Alyssa Koukos (Midland Park, N.J./Midland Park) had 11 digs, and sophomores Shauna VanDeRee (Waldwick, N.J./Waldwick) and Taylor Woegens (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) each collected seven kills.

Kayla Kurka and Katharine Tischer led MSMC with eight kills apiece.  Lauren Halverson posted 28 assists, and Jen Gries finished with 17 digs.

William Paterson will host Richard Stockton Thursday, Oct. 18, at 7:00 p.m.
