WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson men's swimming and diving team (10-4, 0-4 NJAC) lost in its final dual meet of the season, suffering a 167-95 loss against visiting Ramapo (6-4, 1-3 NJAC) Feb. 7.
Junior
Jeremy Lim (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) was a double winner for the Pioneers, touching first in the 100 (55.43) and 200 (2:07.56) flies. Sophomore
Mazen Yousef (Toms River, N.J./Toms River East) turned in a pair of lifetime-best times to finish second in the 100 (1:04.35) and 200 (2:20.53) breasts.
Freshman
Troy Buglio (Toms River, N.J./Toms River East) was second in the 500 free (5:24.05) and third in the 1,000 free (11:04.43), while freshman
Jason Koros (Mays Landing, N.J./Oakcrest) had personal-best times to place second in the 200 IM (2:12.23) and 200 free (1:54.00). Sophomore
Tyler Grady (Ringwood, N.J./Lakeland Regional) also turned in a quality time in the 100 back (57.38).
William Paterson will compete in the Metropolitan Championships Feb. 18-20 at Rutgers University in Piscataway, N.J.
