BRONX, N.Y. – The William Paterson women's tennis team (2-2, 0-1 NJAC) lost a hard-fought match at Lehman (1-1), 6-3, Sept. 15.

Junior Delnaz Shalforoosh (Haworth, N.J./Northern Valley Regional-Demarest) earned a 4-6, 5-4, retired victory at fourth singles, while junior Jacqueline Jesus (Monroe Twp., N.J./Monroe Twp.) was a 6-4, 2-6, 7-5 winner against Natalee Smith at sixth singles.

At third doubles, sophomores Meghan Crampton (Branchville, N.J./High Point Regional) and Kimberly Seabeck (Montague, N.J./Port Jervis) teamed up for an 8-4 victory against Smith and Heoe Eun Kwon.

William Paterson will return to Wayne to host Lancaster Bible Saturday, Sept. 19, at 12:00 p.m.
