Shalforoosh Earns Victory at Fifth Singles for Pioneers

Junior Delnaz Shalforoosh scored a 6-2, 6-4 victory at fifth singles against Kean.

WAYNE, N.J. – William Paterson (4-5, 0-3 NJAC) suffered an 8-1 women's tennis loss to visiting Kean (6-4, 1-3 NJAC) Oct. 10.

Junior Delnaz Shalforoosh (Haworth, N.J./Northern Valley Regional-Demarest) earned the lone victory for the Pioneers, defeating Annie Ramos at fifth singles, 6-2 and 6-4.

The Pioneers will host Ramapo Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 3:30 p.m.
