BRONX, N.Y. – Freshman Megan Maher (Wood-Ridge, N.J./Wood-Ridge) posted her third career double-double, and second in as many matches, as the William Paterson volleyball team (8-1) earned a 3-1 victory at Lehman (4-2) Sept. 20.

Maher finished with 14 kills, 10 assists and 15 digs as the Pioneers earned a 21-25, 25-5, 25-18, 25-13 win. Junior Kelly Helfrich (Clark, N.J./Arthur L. Johnson) added 11 kills, 14 digs and three block solos, while senior Mailyn Rodriguez (Hackensack, N.J./Hackensack) chipped in with 12 digs. Sophomore Jillian Bronowich (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) contributed 14 assists to the winning effort, junior Amanda Mitchell (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) had 10 digs, and freshman Chi Chi Okeke (Newark, N.J./Science Park) tallied six kills and five digs in her first career start.

William Paterson will finish a four-match road swing Tuesday, Sept. 23, at New Jersey City at 7:00 p.m.
