WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson tennis team (1-1) dropped a 7-2 decision to visiting Hunter (2-2) Sept. 19.

Junior Heidi Busch (Lakehurst, N.J./Manchester Twp.) defeated Linda Ravul, 6-3, 6-4, at fifth singles for the Pioneers. Freshman Kimberly Seabeck (Montague, N.J./Port Jervis) earned the other victory for William Paterson, a 6-1, 6-1 win against Alyssa Wheeler at sixth singles.

William Paterson will begin New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) play Monday, Sept. 22, at Ramapo at 4:00 p.m.
