MAHWAH, N.J. (OCTOBER 24, 2006) – The William Paterson volleyball team (9-19, 0-8 NJAC) finished its New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) slate with a 3-0 loss at Ramapo (18-11, 5-3 NJAC) Oct. 24.

The Pioneers fell to the Roadrunners, 18-30, 24-30 and 19-30. Junior Michelle Banom (North Arlington, N.J./North Arlington) led the Pioneers with 11 kills. Junior Dana Hansen (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) had 16 assists, and freshman Samantha Reed (Dumont, N.J./Dumont) led WPU with 12 digs.

The Pioneers will finish their 2006 season Thursday, Oct. 26, at Hunter at 7:00 p.m.
