"The team played with a ton of heart tonight,"; said third-year WPU head coach Lindsay Bard. "We didn't dominate during the game, but Meghan Hall created a lot of opportunities and just had a great presence on the field. This is a good win for us and one that we needed. It's always good when you can get a win in the conference. It was a very mentally and physically draining game, but I'm proud of our team for finding a way to get it done and get the win."
