WAYNE, N.J. – Football junior linebacker Jim Hamill (Stanhope, N.J./Lenape Valley Regional) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week Sept. 7.

Hamill led the Pioneers with a career-best 17 tackles during a 22-19 season-opening loss to Brockport Sept. 5. Nine of his stops were solo, and the 17 overall tackles tied for game-high honors with the Golden Eagles’ Nathan Bull.
