WAYNE, N.J. – Women's soccer junior midfielder Natale Buongiorno (Northvale, N.J./Northern Valley-Old Tappan) have been named William Paterson’s Female Pioneers of the Week for Oct. 22.

Buongiorno nearly matched her career offensive output (three points) with a pair of assists last week, providing a point in both an 8-0 victory at College of Staten Island Oct. 16, and a 4-0 win against Rutgers-Newark Oct. 20. She also helped organize a WP defense that registered a pair of shutout victories as the Pioneers fight for a bid in the upcoming NJAC Tournament.
