WAYNE, N.J. – Senior men’s swimmer Anthony Taboadela (Rockaway, N.J./Morris Hills) was named the Feb. 5 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.
 
Taboadela reeled in first-place times in the 200 IM (2:01.82) and 200 back (1:58.24) at Ramapo Jan. 30, and he claimed winning times in the 200 back (1:59.85) and 200 IM (2:00.24) Feb. 3 against No. 15 The College of New Jersey. All told, Taboadela won 43 individual events during the 2017-18 regular season.
