WAYNE, N.J. - Senior field hockey player Andrea Mauro was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for October 16, 2017.

Mauro had a career night against Stevens Institute of Technology on Friday, October 13, scoring two goals against the Ducks. Mauro's first goal was a spectacular top-shelf shot from just inside the arc before tripling her career goal output with her third career tally later in the contest.
