WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s basketball sophomore guard Erin Cook (Princeton, N.J./Princeton) was named William Paterson’s Pioneer of the Week for Jan. 14.

Cook averaged 12.0 points and 9.5 rebounds in a pair of Pioneer victories last week. In 37 minutes off the bench against College of Staten Island Jan. 9, she had career bests of 19 points and 15 rebounds, helping to lead WP to an 80-76 overtime victory. In a 64-39 win against Rutgers-Camden Jan. 12, she posted five points, four rebounds, two assists and three steals in just 15 minutes of action.
