WAYNE, N.J. – Volleyball junior outside hitter/opposite hitter Nicole Spicer (Whiting, N.J./Manchester Twp.) was named the Nov. 3 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.
 
Spicer helped lead WP to a 3-0 Senior Night victory against Rutgers-Newark Oct. 28, and with it, a berth in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Tournament. Spicer posted a match-best 12 kills and four service aces, adding 11 digs against the Scarlet Raiders.
