WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s soccer freshman goalkeeper Angela Sandelli (Landing, N.J./Roxbury) was named the Sept. 29 William Paterson Pioneer of the Week.
 
Sandelli played 175 consecutive scoreless minutes between the posts last week. She made nine stops during a 2-0 shutout victory Sept. 24 at Mount Saint Mary, and had five stops before the Roadrunners scored the game’s lone goal during the last five minutes in a 1-0 loss at Ramapo Sept. 27.
