WAYNE, N.J. – Baseball senior right-handed pitcher Steve Coral (Totowa, N.J./Passaic Valley Regional) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for March 4.

Coral made his first appearance on the mound for WP in nearly two years, tossing 5.0 scoreless innings during a 6-0 season-opening victory March 3 against Western Connecticut.  He scattered three hits and registered three strikeouts while picking up the victory against the Colonials.
