WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s basketball senior guard BriAnna Lucas (Hamilton, N.J./Nottingham) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Jan. 2.

Lucas was named to the Coaches vs. Cancer All-Tournament Team after tying for the game high with 23 points, adding four rebounds, three assists and two steals during a 74-61 championship-game victory against host York (Pa.) Dec. 30.  In a 64-49 first-round victory Dec. 29 against Ursinus, she pulled down four boards.
