WAYNE, N.J. – Women’s swimming senior Lesly Mendoza (Passaic, N.J./Paramus Catholic) was named the William Paterson Pioneer of the Week for Dec. 12.

Mendoza won the 200 free (2:14.40) and 100 fly (1:06.83) during a 101-84 team victory Dec. 6 at FDU-Florham.  She also touched first in the 100 fly (1:06.52) at Division II Adelphi Dec. 10.
