William Paterson University Athletics

Ryan Gill joined the William Paterson football staff as an assistant coach in August of 2026.

He comes to WP after a four-year playing career (2022-25) at The College of New Jersey, where he appeared in 32 career games, reeling in 79 receptions for 1,363 yards and 11 touchdowns.

A former all-conference selection for the Lions, he finished tied for sixth in program history in single-season receiving touchdowns, tied for ninth in single-season receptions and 10th in career receiving yards.

Gill graduated from TCNJ in 2026 with a bachelor’s in business management.
