Kayla Siemer joined the William Paterson field hockey staff as an assistant coach in August of 2026.
Siemer enjoyed a two-year playing career at Southern Connecticut State University, where she started in 29 of 30 games as a captain for the Owls, following a season at the University of New Haven.
The West Milford, N.J., native was previously a strength and conditioning coaching intern at Yale University and a student ambassador at Southern Connecticut State.
Siemer graduated from Southern Connecticut State in 2024 with a bachelor’s in psychology. She is currently pursuing her master’s in professional counseling with a concentration in clinical mental health from William Paterson.
