Emily Jozak joined the William Paterson staff as an assistant coach in August of 2026.
Jozak arrives at WP following a four-year playing career that included stops at NJIT and the University of Albany.
The Wayne, N.J., native spent the 2024 and 2025 campaigns at NJIT, starting 20 of 30 appearances for the Highlanders.
Prior to NJIT, she played 35 games and made 6 starts at Albany. After a standout freshman campaign in which she led the team in goals and points, she was named the America East Rookie of the Year and to the All-Rookie Team.
Before beginning her collegiate career, she was a standout at Wayne Valley High School, helping the Indians claim four conference titles. She compiled 59 career goals and 30 assists while receiving All-State and All-County honors. In 2021, Wayne Valley won the County Championship, State Sectional Championship, and, for the first time in school history, the State Group Championship. Â
Jozak graduated from NJIT in 2026 with a bachelor’s in business marketing.
