Former Pioneer Anthony Taboadela '19 joined the William Paterson staff as an assistant swimming and diving coach for the 2022-23 season.
Taboadela (2014-18) holds WP's 50 back (25.35), 100 IM (55.13), 200 IM (1:55.40) and 400 IM (4:12.39) individual records, and swam on the school-record 800 free relay (7:12.49) and 400 medley relay (3:36.83). He also broke the Pioneers' career (807.25) and single-season (224.50, 2017-18) points records.
The 2018 Metropolitan Conference Dick Krempecki Outstanding Senior Award winner, he graduated in 2019 from William Paterson with a bachelor's in physical education.
