William Paterson University Athletics

After competing for the Pioneers for four seasons, Laela Brock is now in her fourth year as a member of the William Paterson women’s soccer coaching staff. Following a season spent as the undergraduate assistant coach for the 2013 campaign, she was elevated to the role of WP assistant coach in 2014. 
 
Brock (2009-12) posted 54 points (18 goals, 18 assists) in 77 career matches, including 26 points (9 g, 8 a) during the 2012 season to earn a spot on the All-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Second Team. She led William Paterson with five assists during her junior season, garnering honorable-mention all-NJAC laurels, and was a second-team all-conference selection in 2010 when William Paterson secured an NCAA Tournament berth. 
 
A native of Paramus, N.J., Brock earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from WP in 2014.
