Inducted into the William Paterson University Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame in 1999, she finished her career (1989-92) as the Pioneers’ all-time leader in hits (155) and triples (nine), and established new single-season records in 1990 with a .455 batting average and 56 hits. Named to the All-America Second Team as well as an all-conference, all-region and all-NCAA Tournament selection in 1990, she helped lead William Paterson to the 1989 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) title and three straight berths in the NCAA Tournament (1990-92).

Hill previously served as a member of the William Paterson coaching staff in 2000, and re-joined the Pioneers in 2011. She coached at Passaic Valley High School from 1993-99, and was the head coach at Felician College for eight seasons (2002-09), finishing as the softball program’s all-time winningest coach with 149 victories. The 2002 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Coach of the Year, she guided the Golden Falcons to four CACC Tournament appearances, including a pair of third-place finishes, and the 2006 ECAC Tournament.

Hill completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science at William Paterson in 1994.  She is married to George Hill ’94, who played for the Pioneer football team, and the couple has three children: Taylor, T.J. and Shea.
