Ish Falcon joined the William Paterson softball staff as a volunteer assistant coach in 2014, focusing on pitching and hitting.
Prior to coming to WP, Falcon served as both the assistant and head coach at Ramapo College for five years. He’s also been the head coach of the Clifton Cobras (18U) College Showcase Team for the past 15 years.
A pitching and hitting instructor since 1990, Falcon has served as the head softball instructor at Lefty’s in Clifton since 2004, and has headed the Revolutionary Softball Camps during the summer for the past five years. He also currently serves as an adjunct professor at William Paterson.
