Frank Fiore joined the William Paterson softball staff as an assistant coach during the spring of 2020.
Prior to his arrival in Wayne, Fiore served as the pitching coach at Felician University for three seasons. Fiore also spent time as a high school assistant, splitting time between Pompton Lakes and Indian Hills.
As a player, Fiore has pitched Major and Class A fastpitch softball for over 35 years. He was named regional Most Valuable Player while leading Presbyterian Boys Club to a Mid-Atlantic Regional title in 1994, and pitched in seven national tournaments with the New Jersey Windmillers.
Fiore is a retired law enforcement officer who spent 25 years with the Oakland Police Department. He and his wife, Karen, reside in Oakland with their five children.
