Cali Farley joined the William Paterson softball staff as an assistant coach for the 2022 season.
Farley served as an assistant coach for eight seasons (2008-15) at her alma mater, Rider University. She was the 2003 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Rookie of the Year and 2004 MAAC Pitcher of the Year, as well as a first-team all-region honoree in 2004. Inducted into the Rider Athletics Hall of Fame, she owns the single-season (244, 2004) and career (726, 2003-06) strikeouts records.
A history teacher at Lodi (2006-19) and Bergen County Technical (2019-present) High Schools, she graduated from Rider in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in history and secondary education. A member of Phi Alpha Theta, Farley is currently pursuing a master's in international relations at Norwich University.
