2008-09: Established a new school record with a time of 20.69 in the 50 free, good enough to finish second in the A Final at the 2009 Metropolitan Championships (2/20-22/09) … Also helped the Pioneers set a new school record in the 200 free relay (1:26.78), placing fourth in the A Final … Was a member of the All-NJAC First Team in the 50 free, and the All-NJAC Second Team in the 200 free … Touched third in the 200 free A Final (1:41.15), fifth in the 100 free A Final (46.10) and first in the 400 free relay B Final (3:16.56) … Three times was named the NJAC Swimmer of the Week … Earned the award Dec. 8 after he won the 100 (49.49) and 200 (1:53.1) frees during a 98-71 victory against Division I NJIT (12/2/08), and then was the performer of the meet in a 109-60 win against Drew (12/6/08), posting excellent times to win both the 100 (48.43) and 200 (1:50.3) frees … Earned the same accolade Dec. 15 following times of 47.45 and 1:47.42 to win the 100 and 200 frees, respectively, during a 123-103 victory against Division II Adelphi (12/13/08), and helping to lead the 200 free relay that posted a time of 1:30.74 to win the final event of the meet, edging out the Panthers (1:30.92) and securing the team win … Earned his final NJAC weekly award Feb. 24 after his performance at the Mets.

2007-08: Had an outstanding effort as a sophomore at the 2008 Metropolitan Championships (2/22-24/08), finishing second in the 50 free A Final (21.28), fourth in the 100 free A Final (46.85) and seventh in the 200 free A Final (1:44.09) … Also helped lead the Pioneers to finishes of seventh in the 400 free relay A Final (3:15.91), first in the 200 free relay B Final (1:29.37), and second in the 200 medley relay B Final (1:42.34) … Led the Pioneers in the 100 fly (56.09, Mount Saint Mary Invitational, 10/28/07) and the 200 backstroke (2:11.75, vs. Queens, 1/23/08) as a sophomore.

2006-07: Led the Pioneers as a freshman during the 2006-07 season with individual top times in the 50, 100 and 200 frees, recording a season-best 1:44.37 in the 200 free at the Metropolitan Championships (2/16/07) … Held top times in the 100 and 200 backstrokes for WP, as well as the 100 fly, swimming a season-best 54.36 against Lehman (11/6/06).

Prior to William Paterson: Swam for Kometa Brno for seven years … Attended Ludvika Danka H.S. in Brno, Czech Republic.

Academics: Named to the 2008-09 College Swimming Coaches Association of America Academic All-America Honorable Mention Team … A Fall 2007, Spring 2008, Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Dean’s List student … Selected to the 2008-09 All-NJAC Academic First Team … Majoring in computer science.
