A two-time all-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) honoree, former Pioneer Meghin Stanton serves as a William Paterson field hockey assistant coach during the 2017 season.

A first-team all-league and second-team all-ECAC pick as both a junior and senior, Stanton (2013-16) started 67 of 75 career appearances and tallied nine goals, six assists, 24 points and 25 defensive saves (second in WP history).

A native of Chesterfield, N.J., and a three-time Dean’s List student, Stanton was a member of the 2013-14 and 2016-17 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) National Academic Squads and the 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 Academic All-NJAC Honorable Mentions. She graduated from WP in 2017 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and communication.
