Possessing more than a decade of Division I coaching experience, Jill DiSanti was tabbed to serve as William Paterson’s head field hockey coach in 2022.
Most recently, DiSanti spent a second stint at her alma mater, Quinnipiac University, serving as an Assistant Coach and Data/Performance Analyst (2021-22). Prior to that, she helped Lafayette College finish as the 2019 Patriot League runner-up while working with the Leopards as their Assistant Coach (2019-20).
She spearheaded the launch of Wagner College’s Division I field hockey program as its Head Coach (2018-19) after spending 11 years at Monmouth University, holding the titles of Associate Head Coach (2015-18) and Assistant Coach (2007-15). During her time at Monmouth, the Hawks secured four consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) regular-season titles (2014-17), winning the 2014 and 2016 MAAC Tournament titles and earning NCAA Tournament berths.
A senior captain and MVP at Quinnipiac (2001-04), she was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame after the program named its Best Defensive Player Award in her honor. She twice was a National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) all-region honoree and three times was selected to the All-Northeast Conference Team.
The USA Field Hockey Nexus Head Coach for the New Jersey region (2021-present), DiSanti is the co-founder and owner of Surf & Sand Field Hockey Club. She earned a bachelor’s in sociology at Quinnipiac and a master’s in corporate and public communications at Monmouth. She holds FIH Hockey Level II+ and USA Hockey Level II accreditations.
