William Paterson University Athletics

Ally Hartman returned to the William Paterson field hockey program as an assistant coach for the 2013 season, this after garnering all-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) laurels the year before.

Hartman (2009-12) started all 20 games in the Pioneer midfield as a senior, collecting two goals and three assists for seven points and a spot on the All-NJAC First Team. Tied for fourth in assists and tied for fifth in points for WP in 2012, Hartman posted four goals, seven assists and 15 points in 66 career games and 55 starts.

A member of the 2008 South Jersey Coaches Association All-Second Team, she was a three-time first-team Burlington County all-Liberty Division honoree (2006-08) while playing at Pemberton Twp. High School. Hartman also was selected to the All-Group 3 First Team as a senior and the All-Group 3 Second Team as a sophomore.

A native of Pemberton, Hartman is working towards completion of a bachelor’s in English at WP.
