Biography

Career: A two-time all-region and all-conference selection, she has hit .359 in 111 games (104 starts) with 40 doubles, nine home runs, 83 RBI, and 50 runs scored … Is 20-12 inside the circle with a 2.79 ERA in 44 appearances (37 starts) … On the WP career charts, is second in doubles.

2010: Named to the Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-East Region and the All-NJAC Second Teams … Her 16 doubles ranked third in school history … Hit .326 with 18 runs scored, four home runs and a .558 slugging percentage … Was 7-2 with a 2.91 ERA in 14 appearances (12 starts), striking out 41 in 67.1 innings … In the NJAC stats, was first in doubles and doubles/game (0.38), tied for first in sacrifice flies (four, tied-18th in Division III), fifth in slugging percentage, tied for fifth in home runs, seventh in RBI/game (0.69), tied for seventh in RBI and tied for eighth in homers/game (0.10) … Batted .340 in 18 conference games … Tied for second in the conference with seven doubles during league play … Recorded 11 multi-hit games, including a 3-for-4 effort with two RBI, a pair of runs scored and a double during a 12-4, five-inning victory over Wilkes (3/28/10) … Her sacrifice fly gave the Pioneers a 3-2, eight-inning win against Fontbonne (3/16/10) … Hit a two-run homer as part of a 2-for-4, four-RBI day against DeSales (4/22/10) … Pitched a complete-game shutout, striking out four in a 1-0 win against Westminster (3/13/10) … Scattered six hits and registered seven strikeouts in a 6-0 victory against New Jersey City (4/2/10), and had complete-game shutouts against Endicott (2-0, 3/16/10) and Baruch (7-0, 3/26/10).

2009: Selected to the NFCA All-East Region, ECAC All-Metro Region and All-NJAC First Teams after hitting .391 and posting a 7-3 record and 2.40 earned-run average … Tied the school record with 19 doubles and ranked third in Pioneer history with 44 RBI … Had three home runs, a .609 slugging percentage and a .451 on-base percentage … Threw five complete games in 11 starts (13 appearances), striking out 42 hitters in 58.1 innings … In the conference statistics, was first in RBI, doubles, doubles/game (0.44, 18th nationally) and RBI/game (1.02, 47th in Division III), tied for third in total bases (78), fourth in slugging percentage, fifth in batting average, sixth in on-base percentage and hits/game (1.16), tied for sixth in hits (50), and tied for eighth in hit by pitches (four) … Hit .444 with a pair of doubles in the NJAC Tournament, and .313 with two doubles, a homer and eight RBI to earn a spot on the NCAA Tournament Mahwah First Round All-Tournament Team … Hit .407 during conference regular-season play … Had 14 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI efforts … Her two-run homer gave the Pioneers a 2-1 victory against Rowan in the NCAA Tournament (5/8/09) … Went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI as WP eliminated the Profs from the NCAA Tournament, 8-3 (5/10/09) … Was 3-for-4, scored twice and drove in three runs during an 8-1 win against The College of New Jersey (4/13/09) … Tossed all 5.0 innings, scattering three hits and striking out two hitters, in an 8-0 victory against Drew (4/9/09) … Earned wins in her first four appearances of the season inside the circle … Struck out a season-best six hitters at No. 16 Rowan (4/25/09).

2008:
Played in 26 games as a freshman pitcher and designated player for the Pioneers, batting a team-best .364 in 66 at-bats and posting a 2.96 ERA in 17 appearances inside the circle ... Owned a 2.33 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 90.0 innings ... Collected 24 hits, five doubles, two home runs and 10 RBI ... Finished with nine complete games, three of them shutouts, en route to a 6-7 record ... Also added 42 strikeouts, including a season-high six during a 5-4, eight-inning victory against No. 9 Ramapo (4/7/08) ... Tossed a gem in her Pioneer debut, a complete-game 4-0 shutout against Anderson (3/15/08) ... Hit .500 during her final 24 at-bats of the season with two doubles, a home run, three RBI and nine runs scored.

Prior to William Paterson: Was a first-team all-county and all-conference selection as a senior at David Brearley H.S. ... Also a first-team all-state pick as a sophomore and junior, she helped lead her team to the 2005 state sectional title ... Also lettered in basketball at Brearley, collecting 1,000 points and rebounds ... Played in the Pony Nationals as a member of the Jersey Heat.

Academics: A Fall 2009, Spring 2010 and Fall 2010 Dean’s List student … A member of the 2009-10 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-America Scholar-Athlete Squad … Majoring in communication (elementary education).
