Threw a complete-game five-hitter, allowing one unearned run while striking out eight in a 4-1 win against Anderson (3/14/07) ... Also was 2-for-2 at the plate with a run scored against Anderson ... Played summer ball with the Ewing Edge, finishing as the runners-up at the 2005 Pony 16U Nationals ... Was an all-conference selection at Notre Dame H.S., leading the Mighty Irish to the 2006 State Parochial A Tournament title ... Majoring in English.
