Freshman Joelle Royster placed seventh in the one-meter dive final at the NJAC Championships

Women's Swimming and Diving Concludes Day Two of NJAC Championship

HAMPTON, V.A. – The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team sits in 10th place with 112 points to conclude day two of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship.
TOP PERFORMERS:
  • The Pioneers finished tenth in the 400 medley relay with efforts by sophomore Skylar Coleman (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn), senior Sarah Gomez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Tech), freshman Adaya Bourne (Saunders, Sint Maarten/Milton Peters College), and sophomore Katelyn Antonoff (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough), posting a time of 4:23.27.
  • Freshman Joelle Royster (Silver Spring, Md./Wheaton) placed sixth in the one-meter dive preliminary round with a score of 260.70.
  • She finished seventh in the one-meter dive final, finishing with a score of 254.25.
UP NEXT:
  • William Paterson returns to the Hampton Aquaplex on Saturday, Feb. 14, for day three of the NJAC Championship. Session One begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by the evening session at 5:30 p.m.
