Women’s Swimming and Diving Tops Moravian for Fourth Straight Win

BETHLEHEM, P.A. - The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (4-2) earned its fourth consecutive victory with a 91-67 win at Moravian (1-3) on November 8.

TOP PERFORMERS:
  • Sophomore Katelyn Antonoff (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough) posted first-place finishes in the 500 free (5:54.25) and 200 breast (2:43.15).
  • Sophomore Skylar Coleman (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) was victorious in the 50 free (28.56).
  • Senior Sarah Gomez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Tech) triumphed in the 100 free (59.54) and 200 IM (2:25.99).
  • Freshman Adaya Bourne (Saunders, Sint Maarten/Milton Peters College) touched the wall first in the 100 fly (1:06.57).
  • The Pioneers placed first in the 200 medley relay (2:08.13), with efforts from Coleman, Gomes, Bourne, and Gomez.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Bourne posted a personal best in the 100 fly (1:06.57).
  • Sophomore Sarah Churchill (Washington Twp., N.J./Westwood) shredded time off her 500 free best (6:16.31).
  • Coleman set personal records in the 50 free (28.56) and 200 back (2:38.15).
  • Sophomore Frances Gomes (Kearny, N.J./Kearny) registered a personal best in the 200 free (2:25.13).
