Men's Soccer Falls 1-0 to Juniata in ECAC Tournament Semifinals

NEWARK, N.J. – The William Paterson men's soccer team's (10-9-3, 4-3-2 NJAC) postseason run came to a close after falling 1-0 to Juniata (9-5-7, 2-3-4 Landmark) in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Tournament semifinals Nov. 22, hosted by Rutgers-Newark.  

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Juniata struck early, finding the back of the net in the fourth minute to grab a 1-0 advantage.
  • While trailing, WP placed five shots on goal, but all were denied by the Eagles' goalkeeper.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Senior goalkeeper Luca Misko (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater Raritan) recorded three saves.
