Women's Swimming and Diving Falls to Ramapo, 130-94

MAHWAH, N.J. – The William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (11-4) was bested by host Ramapo, 130-94, Jan. 28.

TOP PERFORMERS:
  • Senior Samantha Pricken (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Valley) posted first-place finishes in the 100 back (1:02.20) and 200 back (2:18.48).
  • Freshman Skylar Coleman (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) was victorious in the 100 fly (1:12.94).
  • Freshman Sarah Churchill (Washington Twp., N.J./Westwood) touched the wall first in the 200 IM (2:51.35).
  • WP won the 400 free relay, with efforts by Pricken, freshman Katelyn Antonoff (Hillsborough, N.J./Hillsborough), Coleman, and freshman Frances Gomes (Kearny, N.J./Kearny), finishing with a time of 4:07.20.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Coleman shaved time off her 100 fly best (1:12.94).
  • Pricken posted a personal best in the 200 back (2:18.48)

  • William Paterson hosts the Fashion Institute of Technology on Saturday, Feb. 1, for a 1:00 p.m. meet.
