RESULTS 

FRANKLIN, N.J. – The William Paterson golf team (2-2) dropped a 367-351 decision to FDU-Florham (3-0) April 12 at the par-71, 6,334-yard Black Bear Golf Course.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

• Senior Anthony Slekis (Fairfield, N.J./West Essex) led the Pioneers with a 15-over 86, finishing third overall.
• Freshman Greg Kepic (Ringoes, N.J./Hunterdon Central Regional) carded a 90 (+19, fifth), and junior Nicholas Bucci (Piscataway, N.J./Piscataway) had a 95 (+24, tied-sixth) during his college debut.
• Junior Vincent Limone (Little Ferry, N.J./Ridgefield Park) scored a 96 (+25, tied-eighth), senior Christopher McCann (Highland Lakes, N.J./Vernon Twp.) had a 96 (+25, tied-eighth), and freshman Gavin Deeken (Waldwick, N.J./Waldwick) posted a 98 (+27, 10th).
• The Devils' Aidan Newman was the top individual finisher with an 83 (+12).
