Men’s Soccer Falls to Visiting No. 16 Muhlenberg

Pioneers Suffer 4-0 Loss to Mules

WAYNE, N.J. – The William Paterson men's soccer team (5-7) fell to visiting No. 16 Muhlenberg (8-1-1), 4-0, Oct. 3.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Mules found the back of the net during the 10th and 15th minutes for a 2-0 first-half advantage.
  • Muhlenberg scored in the 49th and 62nd minutes for a 4-0 edge.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Freshman Max Snell (Laren, Netherlands/St. Vitus College H.S.) made a season-high eight stops for the Pioneers.
  • The Mules were ranked 16th in this week's United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll.
 
UP NEXT:
  • William Paterson will continue its four-match homestand Saturday, Oct. 7, at 1:00 p.m. against Stockton.
