Women’s Soccer Drops Decision to Red Hawks at Red Bull Arena

Pioneers Suffer 3-0 Defeat

HARRISON, N.J. – The William Paterson women's soccer team (3-5-7, 1-3-3 NJAC) dropped a 3-0 decision to No. 14 Montclair State (10-2-2, 4-1-2 NJAC) Oct. 18 at Red Bull Arena.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • The Red Hawks broke the scoreless deadlock with a goal in the 28th minute.
  • MSU added second-half strikes at the 69th and 86th minutes.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Sophomore goalkeeper Sarah Mantilla (Fair Lawn, N.J./Fair Lawn) registered her third career double-digits saves total with 10 stops.
 
UP NEXT:
  • William Paterson will play at Rowan Saturday, Oct. 21, at 5:00 p.m.
