Carly McDaniel (Lincoln Park, N.J./Boonton) posted her second school record this season as the William Paterson women's swimming and diving team (10-5) earned a non-conference victory on the road against Suny Delhi, 63-51, on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

TOP PERFORMERS:
- Junior Nicole Kahwaty (Lakke Hopatcong, N.J./Morris County Tech) won the 1,000 free (13:54.58).
- Junior Samantha Pricken (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Valley) was victorious in the 200 free (2:13.75).
- McDaniel secured first place in the 50 free (25.06).
- Junior Hailey Krajewski (Clifton, N.J./DePaul Catholic) posted a first-place finish in the 100 breast (1:19.71).
- The Pioneers placed first in the 200 medley relay with efforts by Pricken, freshman Sarah Gomez (Paterson, N.J./Passaic County Tech), Krajewski and McDaniel, finishing with a time of 2:01.76
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- McDaniel updated the school record for the 100 IM, finishing with a time of 1:02.14. The school record was previously held by 2015-16 swimmer Vera Blazevska (1:03.05).
- This is McDaniel's second school record this month.
