Field Hockey Drops Road Tilt to Cedar Crest

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The William Paterson field hockey team (3-8) fell 4-0 to Cedar Crest (7-8) in a non-conference tilt on Oct. 26.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Cedar Crest struck first in the eighth minute of action and tacked on an insurance goal in the 18th minute.
  • The Falcons added a pair of second half goals in the 38th and 41st minutes.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
  • Sophomore goalkeeper Kourtney Hartzel (York, Pa./West York Area) finished with seven saves in goal.
UP NEXT:
  • William Paterson will return to Wightman Stadium on Friday, Oct. 28, to close out the 2022 season against No. 11 Kean.
